FRIENDS,

The first album, THE NATURE OF US, was released 10 years ago and this fall we are going to CELEBRATE. Songs like Wonderfully Made, Give Our Hearts Some Weight, and Tragedy Is Not the End found an audience all on their own and gave us access to so many beautiful stories from listeners. That first album laid the groundwork and provided vision for all of my songwriting work since, and that is well worth a celebration. Well worth…A TOUR.

We’re gonna stick with our D.I.T. (do-it-together) roots to make it happen. We have the routing and the timeline generally mapped out, and now - instead of booking traditional venues - we are assembling a team of concert hosts. A concert host is a hero. It is usually someone who has found value in the songs and wants to help bring the songs to their community. If that sounds like you - take a look at the info, dates, and locations below - and send the form our way!

INFO

We provide: a re-humanizing night of original folk songs and stories.

A Concert Host provides:

1) Access to an Event Space - it could be a chapel/sanctuary, an art gallery, a small theatre, or any sort of unique event space. Spaces that hold 150 to 200 guests are ideal. A seated space would be a bonus and a good match for the folky vibe. Providing access to event space is the main role of a concert host.

2) Promotional help - these events would be public ticketed events with most of the promotional burden on me as the artist BUT having some boots on the ground to help promote goes a really long way. Your help inviting friends/spreading the word would be amazing.

3) Volunteer help - we would ask for a team of 4 friends/volunteers on the evening of the show to help with ticketing and merchandise.

This is not a small ask, but I know there are hero level folks out there who genuinely get excited about bringing a concert to their city - and I’d be humbled and honored to have your help.

Songs are for people and I can’t wait to bring this album back on the road - see you out there!
